1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AI Daddy mobile application (the "App") or our backend services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. What AI Daddy Provides

AI Daddy is an AI-powered "dad-in-your-pocket" assistant that offers:

• 15 specialized AI agents: Study, Writing, Research, Social Media, Style, Doc Creator, Travel, Translator, Schedule, Career, Life Advice, Cooking, Fitness, Hustle, Gaming
• Cross-session agent memory — agents remember the facts you save
• Output history & favorites for all responses
• File and document upload for agents to read
• Optional web search grounding for fresh information
• Scheduled tasks & smart reminders with native notifications
• Multi-language UI (14 languages) and voice text-to-speech

The App is currently free of charge. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; any such changes will be announced in advance and will never retroactively affect data you already saved.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use AI Daddy. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and allows you to use the App.

4. Accounts, Guest Mode & Security

• You may create an account with an email + password, or use Guest Mode (no registration).
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
• Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the service.

5. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully.

• AI Daddy is software — not a real person, parent, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, therapist, nutritionist, personal trainer, or teacher.
• Responses are generated by large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information.
• The Life Advice agent is for emotional support and general guidance only. It is not therapy and cannot replace a licensed mental-health professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a qualified helpline immediately.
• The Fitness and Cooking agents are informational. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme or diet, especially if you have medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant.
• The Career, Hustle, and Study agents provide general ideas; any financial, legal, or academic decisions are your own responsibility.
• Do not input government IDs, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive information into any agent.
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for anything illegal or that infringes others' rights
• Generate content that is harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence or self-harm
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the app or APIs, or scrape data at scale
• Probe, scan, or attack our servers, or try to extract other users' data
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its outputs as a competing service without written permission
• Impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Usage Limits & Tokens

• AI usage is metered via a virtual token system to protect the service from abuse.
• Each account receives a daily allocation that refills every 24 hours.
• Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred.
• We may adjust limits, pricing, or refill cadence at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, our backend, branding, and website are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• Your content (prompts, files you upload, scheduled tasks, saved memories) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.
• AI outputs are generated on your behalf. You may use them freely for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any third-party rights and applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party providers including LongCat (AI), Brave Search (optional), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google Play Services. Your use of the App is also subject to their terms where applicable.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR NEEDS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $20.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You can request account deletion via email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Sections on IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of our operating jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights.
