1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AI Daddy mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Daddy is an AI-powered companion application that provides:

  • Conversational AI chat with a fatherly personality
  • AI Agents — specialized assistants including Study Buddy, Health Coach, Document Analyst, Career Advisor, and more
  • File and document analysis through AI Agents (photos, PDFs, documents)
  • Smart reminders and task management (AI detects tasks from your conversations)
  • Daily challenges ("Dad Tasks") with XP rewards
  • Goal tracking and habit building tools
  • Text-to-speech voice responses
  • Biometric app lock (fingerprint / face unlock via your device)
  • Full multi-language support (14 languages) including fully localized UI and agent responses

The App is provided free of charge. Premium features may be offered in the future.

3. Eligibility

The App is designed for users of all ages. If you are under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), you should use the App under parental supervision. The App does not require personal identification information and is designed to be safe for younger users.

4. User Accounts and Profiles

  • No account is required to use the App. On first launch a guest account is created for your device so your token balance and agent history persist.
  • You may optionally add an email and password. Doing so upgrades the guest account already on your device rather than creating a second one.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We will never ask you for it, including when you request account deletion.
  • Signing out ends the session on our servers as well as on the device.
  • You can delete your account, and everything stored with it, from Settings or through our deletion page.
  • You are responsible for any content you input into the App.

5. AI-Generated Content

Important Disclaimer:

  • AI Daddy is an artificial intelligence and not a real person. It is not a substitute for real parental care, professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
  • Responses from both the main chat and AI Agents are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete.
  • AI Agents (Health Coach, Career Advisor, etc.) provide general informational guidance only and are not licensed professionals. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
  • The App is designed for emotional support, motivation, and companionship — not for professional guidance.
  • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated advice.

5a. AI Agents and File Uploads

  • AI Agents are specialized AI assistants available within the App. Each agent is designed for a specific domain (studying, health, documents, career, etc.).
  • You may upload files (images, documents, PDFs) to agents for analysis. By uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to share that content.
  • Do not upload files containing other people's personal information, confidential business data, or illegal content.
  • Uploaded files are transmitted to our backend for processing only and are not stored after a response is generated. The text of your request and the reply are kept as your agent history so you can reopen a result, and are deleted with your account.
  • Agent responses are delivered in the language selected in your App settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Use the App to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to access or interfere with the App's underlying systems or infrastructure
  • Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App without authorization

7. Token System

  • The App uses a virtual token system to manage AI usage across chat and AI Agents.
  • Free users receive a daily allocation of tokens that refill every 24 hours.
  • Different AI interactions (chat messages, agent messages, file analysis) may consume different amounts of tokens.
  • Tokens are virtual and have no monetary value.
  • We reserve the right to modify the token system, including daily allocations and costs per interaction.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, code, content, and features, is owned by AI Daddy and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of the content you input into the App (messages, reminders, etc.).
  • You grant us a limited right to process your input for the purpose of generating AI responses.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • AI responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
