Delete Your Account

AI Daddy — Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your AI Daddy account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This page explains how to delete your account from inside the app, and how to request deletion if you can no longer access the app.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open the AI Daddy app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the warning, then confirm by tapping Delete Forever.

Your account and data are erased from our servers immediately, your session is signed out, and you are returned to the welcome screen. You will never be asked for your password to delete your account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you. Tap the button below to open a pre-filled email, add the email address registered with your account, and send it.

For your security: before we delete anything, we verify that you own the account by confirming the request from the account's registered email address. We will never ask you for your password. Requests that cannot be verified as coming from the account owner will not be actioned.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all of the following from our backend:

  • Your account and authentication record (login credentials / device identity)
  • Your profile and nickname
  • Your email address
  • Your chat and AI agent conversation history stored on the backend
  • Saved agent outputs and generated content
  • Any files you uploaded for processing
  • Agent memory and personalization facts
  • Preferences and settings stored on the backend
  • Scheduled tasks and daily-brief subscriptions
  • Reminders, mailbox messages, referral records, and usage/analytics events
  • All active sessions and access tokens (you are signed out everywhere)

Data stored only on your device is also erased when you delete your account from inside the app, and is removed entirely if you uninstall the app.

What is retained, and for how long

  • Anonymized, aggregate statistics (for example, total request counts) that contain no information identifying you and cannot be linked back to you or your account. Retained indefinitely because they are fully anonymous.
  • Standard server and security logs generated by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), which may contain IP addresses and request metadata. These are kept only for security and abuse prevention and are automatically purged within 30 days.

We do not retain your profile, messages, email, or any other personal content after deletion.

Separate accounts

AI Daddy and BigBro AI are separate apps with separate accounts. Deleting your AI Daddy account only affects AI Daddy. If you also use BigBro AI, that account is independent and is not affected — delete it separately from within BigBro AI or at its own deletion page.
